Shopping Mall Renovation

Under the theme of “Care and Conserve”, the Manager aims to provide customers with a refreshing and inclusive shopping environment. In addition to the provision of new kids-friendly lavatory facilities and an upgraded recycle corner, the renovation has also incorporated certain sustainable features such as the utilization of certified eco-friendly tiles and recycled materials for seating areas and art pieces. Further, the construction of a new corridor is expected to enhance accessibility to the shuttle lift, while improving the overall footfall circulation of the shopping mall. In parallel with the enhancement works, the Manager is proactively enriching the tenant mix with new retail operators and eateries, with a view to offering a greater variety of shopping and dining alternatives for the vicinity.
