Pursuant to Rule 2.07A of The Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and in line with the expansion of paperless listing regime and electronic dissemination of corporate communications, Sunlight Real Estate Investment Trust (“Sunlight REIT”) has adopted electronic dissemination of Corporate Communications1.
The English and Chinese versions of all the Corporate Communications of Sunlight REIT are available on its corporate website and the website of HKEXnews at www.hkexnews.hk (the “Website Versions”).
For Registered Unitholders
You are recommended to read the Website Versions and provide your email address to Sunlight REIT such that a notification will be sent to you by email on the date of publication of the Website Versions. However, if we do not possess your email address or the email address provided is non-functional, we will send the notification to you by post. Please provide your email address by completing and returning the Reply Form to the Unit Registrar. |

If you wish to receive the Corporate Communications in printed form, please inform the Unit Registrar in writing using the Reply Form and we shall send the Corporate Communications to you in printed form free of charge. Your request for receiving the Corporate Communications in printed form will be valid until it is revoked or superseded in writing, or until the next annual report is published in the following year (whichever is earlier). |

A notification of publication of the Website Versions will be sent to you by email or by post, only if your email address or postal address (as the case may be) is provided by your Intermediaries. If we do not receive your functional email address or postal address from your Intermediaries via HKSCC Nominees Limited, no notification will be sent to you. |

Actionable Corporate Communications means any Corporate Communications that seek instructions from the Unitholders on how they wish to exercise their rights or make elections as Unitholders. Sunlight REIT will send the Actionable Corporate Communications to Unitholders individually. If we do not possess your email address or the email address provided is non-functional, we shall send the Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form together with a form for soliciting your functional email address to facilitate electronic dissemination in the future.
