Assist the Senior Leasing Manager in supervising and formulting strategic planning on leasing, conducting marketing, lease negotiation, tenancy administration, co-ordination with property management and other related duties for a portfolio of office towers and retail shops


  • Degree holder with over 5-7 years solid working experience in property leasing
  • Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Cons.) Ordinance and leasing procedures
  • With comprehensive network with tenants and property agencies
  • Creative and with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and strong business senses
  • Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Holder of EAA licence

To qualify for this appointment, the candidate should possess the following:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder, preferably major in Surveying / Property Management / Hospitality

  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in property management is required (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer)
  • Handle daily property management matters in office buildings
  • Proactive, mature and able to supervise site staff and handle daily operations independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of PC is essential
Senior Technician / Technician HSPM/2021/ST-1
  • 具有五年以上冷氣維修及樓宇保養經驗
  • 須持有機電工程署簽發之A牌
  • 持有屋宇署發出之註冊小型工程承建商(個人)註冊證優先考慮
  • 負責商場保養、水電及冷氣維修等工作
  • 須應付緊急維修工作
