Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of corporate communication materials, including (but not limited to) interim and annual reports, corporate presentations and videos and ESG publications

Requirements:

Finance & Accounts

Assistant Accounting Manager / Accounting Manager HSAM/2023/AAM-1

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of finance and accounting functions

  • Prepare monthly management reports of the group with variance analysis and commentaries

  • Liaise with auditors for preparation of annual statutory financial statements

  • Liaise with tax representatives for tax computations and filing of tax returns

  • Coordinate and prepare budgets and forecasts

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting or Finance and preferably member of HKICPA or ACCA

  • Minimum 5-8 years' working experiences in accounting field preferably in sizable corporation with experience in supervisory role

  • Audit experiences in “Big 4” audit firm and hands on experience in SAP system is an advantage

  • Familiar with Hong Kong tax, and deferred tax computation and preparation of audited financial statements

Corporate Services
System Support Officer HSAM/2022/SSO-1

Job Duties:

  • Perform hardware or software installation, configuration, end-user support and troubleshooting
  • Liaise with services providers to facilitate implementation and service delivery
  • Assist in maintaining and controlling IT infrastructure and network
  • Assist in developing, maintaining and supporting website

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial and operational audit assignments for the Group
  • Review the internal control system of the Group, identify its control deficiencies and formulate recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare clear and concise audit documentations
  • Formulate audit work plans and audit programs
  • Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business, Accounting or related disciplines

Responsibilities:

Assist the Assistant Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager in handling daily leasing enquiries, marketing,tenancy negotiation, tenancy administration, co-ordination with property management and other related duties for a portfolio of shopping malls, office towers and retail shops

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years solid working experience in property leasing
  • Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Cons.) Ordinance and leasing procedures
  • Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and strong business senses
  • Holder of valid EAA licence is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • University graduate or equivalent

Main Job Duties:

  • To assist in management of a portfolio of retail / office properties and co-ordinate with internal departments and contractors to provide quality services to tenants

  • To involve in budgeting, procurement, risk management and sustainability initiatives

Requirements:
