Job Duties:

  • Perform hardware or software installation, configuration, end-user support and troubleshooting
  • Liaise with services providers to facilitate implementation and service delivery
  • Assist in maintaining and controlling IT infrastructure and network
  • Assist in developing, maintaining and supporting website
  • Assist in performing and implementing IT projects
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or related discipline
  • A strong and responsible team player
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and multitask
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are also welcome.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing in an advantage


Internal Audit
Senior Internal Audit Officer HSAM/2019/SIAO-1


  • Conduct financial and operational audit assignments for the Group
  • Review the internal control system of the Group, identify its control deficiencies and formulate recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare clear and concise audit documentations
  • Formulate audit work plans and audit programs
  • Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned


  • Degree holder in Business, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant audit experiences preferably with exposure to the real estate sector
  • Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and report writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
Property Management
Estate Officer / Assistant Estate Officer HSPM/2019/EO-1
  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder, preferably major in Surveying / Property Management / Hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in property management is required
  • Handle daily property management matters in office buildings / shopping centres
  • Proactive, mature and able to supervise site staff and handle daily operations independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of PC is essential
  • May be required to work on Saturdays / Sundays / Public Holidays


Chief Technician / Senior Technician HSPM/2019/CT-1
  • 具有五年以上中央冷氣維修及其他機電設施保養經驗
  • 須持有機電工程署簽發之A/B牌
  • 持有屋宇署發出之註冊小型工程承建商(個人)註冊證優先考慮
