Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of corporate communication materials, including (but not limited to) interim and annual reports, corporate presentations and videos and ESG publications
  • Support the execution of investor relations, public relations and corporate communication activities
  • Collate industry and market data/information
  • Maintain IR-related database and handle public enquiries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Languages or related discipline

  • Handle pre-handover / takeover inspection and procedures
  • Well familiar with building regulations and related statutory submission requirements and procedures
  • With strong commercial sense and solid working experience in building consultancy / project management of asset enhancement / Building Services works / A&A works in shopping centers or office buildings would be an advantage

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ working experience in property / tenancy management with 5 years’ supervisory experience in retail / office properties (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager)

Assistant Manager - Property Management HSPM/2021/APM-1

Main Job Duties:

  • To assist in management of a portfolio of retail / office properties and co-ordinate with internal departments and contractors to provide quality services to tenants
  • To assist in data analysis and proposals/presentations for enhancement of the standard and value of the properties
  • To involve in budgeting, procurement, risk management and sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder, preferably major in Real Estate / Property Management
  • 2 years' working experience in property / tenancy management preferred, candidates with less experience / qualification will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
