Investor Relations Officer Ref.:HSAM/2025/IRO-1

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of corporate communication materials, including (but not limited to) interim and annual reports, corporate presentations and videos and ESG publications
  • Support the execution of investor relations, public relations and corporate communication activities
  • Collate industry and market data/information
  • Maintain IR-related database and handle public enquiries
  • Handle departmental administrative works and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Languages or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferable in listed companies of the real estate industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as Chinese word processing
  • Able to work independently, detail-minded and self-motivated
Corporate Services
Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Assistant (1 Year Contract) HSAM/2025/HRO-1

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all rounded human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, on/off-boarding arrangement, reference checks, personnel filling and HR records, leave & attendance records, medical administration, MPF administration, monthly payroll processing, taxation and other daily operations
  • Maintain and update HR related systems
  • Prepare regular HR reports and correspondences
  • Coordinate training and other / activities, including enrollment, record-keeping and logistics
  • Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good understanding of Employment Ordinance and related legislations of Hong Kong
  • Good command of both written and spoke English and Chinese
  • Independent and hands on, strong sense of responsibility, good team player and detail-minded
  • Candidate with less experience and fresh graduates may be considered as HR Assistant
Property Management
Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer HSPM/STO/2025-01

Responsibilities:

l   Provide assistance in handling routine repair and maintenance works

l   Provide assistance in arranging R & M and CAPEX works

l   Prepare and handle document and contracts relating to R & M and CAPEX works

 Requirements:

l   Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent

l   Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (REW: Grade A)

l   5 years relevant working experiences in E&M field especially in maintenance field

l   Experience in operations in commercial premises is an advantage

l   Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

l   Strong coordination and communication skills

l   Candidate with less experience/qualification will be considered as Technical Officer.
