Responsibilities:

  • Assist to oversee operations in leasing, marketing, property management and renovation projects
  • Appraise the positioning of properties under management, propose trade-mix strategy and identify asset enhancement opportunities
  • Participate in the analysis of potential acquisition or disposal opportunities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Surveying, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • 3-5 years solid local experience in real estate industry
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent trilingual (English, Cantonese and Putonghua) communication and presentation skills
  • Candidates with less experience and qualifications may be considered for the position of Asset Management Officer

Requirements:

  • Holder of Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering or equivalent
  • Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (REW: Grade A)
  • 5 years relevant working experience in E&M field especially in maintenance field
  • Experience in operations in commercial premises is an advantage
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Strong coordination and communication skills

Main Job Duties:

  • Assist in management of a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Assist in procurement and tender process
  • Handle communication with tenants, stake holders and internal departments

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder, preferably major in Real Estate / Property Management
  • 2 years' working experience in property / tenancy management preferred, candidates with less experience / qualification will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
  • Proactive, responsible and diligent
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of PC is essential
