Manager / Assistant Manager - Asset Planning HSAM/2017/MAP-1

Responsibilities:

  • Review and identify potential asset enhancement opportunities in respect of the Group’s property portfolio
  • Conduct market research and collect market information to evaluate portfolio performance and positioning
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare investment presentations for senior management 
  • Manage project timeline and monitor project delivery to meet financial and operational objectives
  • Coordinate with internal departments, potential clients and external consultants for asset planning purpose

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Architecture, Surveying, Real Estate, Building Studies, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in real estate development, investment and/or asset management
  • Recognized professional membership of RICS, HKIS or equivalent
  • A team player with proven problem solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • 8 – 10 years’ relevant working experience (of which at least 2 years in supervisory level) preferably in vetting of and controlling the tenancy fit-out / reinstatement works / studying technical feasibility on leasing activities / assisting tenants to meet licensing requirements
  • Interested and determined to develop career in building services in relation to tenancies

租賃主任 HSPM/2018/LO-1

Responsibilities:

Assist the Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Manager in handling daily leasing enquiries, marketing, lease negotiation, tenancy administration, co-ordination with property management and other related duties for a portfolio of shopping malls, office towers and retail shops

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years solid working experience in property leasing
  • Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Cons.) Ordinance and leasing procedures
  • Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and strong business senses
  • Holder of valid EAA licence is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in PC applications, such as Word, Excel, Chinese Word-processing
物業管理部
管業主任 / 助理管業主任 HSPM/2018/EO-1
  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder, preferably major in Real Estate / Surveying / Housing Management / Property Management
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in property / management is required, candidates with less experience / qualification will be considered as Assistant Estate Officer
  • Handle daily property management matter
  • Proactive, mature and able to supervise site staff and handle daily operation independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (please quote the results of public examinations)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of PC is essential

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance in handling routine repair and maintenance works
