Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations including payroll and MPF calculation and preparation of tax return
- Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits (“C&B”), Performance Management, Training and Development, and other HR initiatives
- Communicate with relevant agencies on the group’s medical plans, MPF and employee compensation schemes
- Support various HR initiatives including annual staff budgeting, annual appraisal and salary/bonus review and C&B benchmarking
- Organize staff training and workshops
- Conduct data analysis on talent management and prepare reports for ESG purposes
- Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office

- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years solid working experience in property leasing

- 中五程度或以上
- 具二至三年以上物業管理經驗
- 九小時工作
